RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities for Model Development and Deployment

Take ownership of the model development and deployment processes for a specific TV-Insight market. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models that provide real-time insights. Your work will involve collaborating closely with a team of data scientists, engineers, and data analysts to ensure seamless integration of model components with real-time projection processing.

Real-Time Machine Learning Application Development

You will be involved in the development and enhancement of machine learning applications that operate in real-time. This includes building and improving model components that feed into the real-time projection processing system. Your work will have a direct business impact from the very first day, as you apply your expertise to deliver innovative and effective machine learning solutions.

Exploratory Analysis and Model Research

You will conduct comprehensive exploratory analysis to assess input data and ensure complete model understanding. This involves evaluating data sources and refining models to achieve the best possible outcomes. Through research tasks and ongoing model development, you will maintain a high standard for statistical models and coding practices, sharing your findings in clear and actionable reports and dashboards for management.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) and relevant experience in quantitative analytics or statistics (e.g., from internships or part-time roles). Advanced skills in statistical modelling (R, Python) and experience with database languages (e.g., SQL). Strong knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression, classification, and hypothesis testing. Ability to create clear, insightful visualizations (e.g., ggplot, R Shiny, Data Studio) and present complex topics in an understandable way. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for continuous learning and personal development.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
